Warung Happy Gen

It's a great value seafood restaurant in Jimbaran! Located right on the beach south of the airport, it's famous as a spot where you can watch airplanes landing up close. It gets crowded during sunset hours, so if you want to enjoy the sunset, I recommend leaving with plenty of time to spare.
